Getting started

Four minutes from signup to your first scored mention. This page assumes you have a Reddit account only if you intend to reply.

  1. STEP 01

    Add the brand you want to watch

    One field in onboarding. We suggest variants, product names, misspellings and competitors from your site, and you uncheck whatever is wrong.

  2. STEP 02

    Let the backfill finish

    It runs while you are still choosing subreddits. When you reach the dashboard there are already real mentions on it.

  3. STEP 03

    Point one alert rule somewhere

    Spikes to Slack, complaints to support, everything else to the daily digest. One rule is enough to start.
