The posting ceiling is a safety control, not an entitlement — it is identical on every tier. Checked 2026-08-09.

Questions people ask before they pay

What happens when the trial ends?
You land on Free, not on a lock-out. Everything already ingested stays readable and exportable for thirty days, and nothing is deleted because you did not enter a card.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 14-day Business trial takes no card, and the Free plan needs one even less.
Why is pricing per keyword rather than per seat?
Because keywords are what cost us money and seats are a database read. Charging per seat would mean charging you to let a colleague look at a dashboard.
Can I cancel whenever I like?
Yes, in one click, with no notice period. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
Why is the reply ceiling the same on every plan?
Because a ceiling you can buy your way past is not a safety control. Eight replies per connected account per day, identical on every tier including Enterprise.
What counts as a project?
One brand, product or client — its own keywords, competitors, alert rules and dashboard. Agencies generally use one per client.
What is the cheapest paid plan?
Pro, at $29 a month or $290/yr billed yearly — two months free.
