Terms of Service

1 · The service

Mentionr monitors public Reddit content for keywords you choose, classifies what it finds, and drafts replies you may choose to post yourself. It is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Reddit, Inc.

2 · Your account

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you are responsible for what happens under your credentials. Keep your email address current — it is where account and security notices go.

3 · Billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices and entitlements are published on the pricing page and are the authoritative version. Cancel at any time in one click; your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and is not pro-rated on cancellation. Upgrades are pro-rated.

There is no notice period and there is no auto-renewal you cannot see.

4 · Posting to Reddit

Anything you post to Reddit through Mentionr is yours. You confirm each reply individually from your own connected account, you are bound by Reddit's rules and by the rules of the subreddit you post in, and you are responsible for the content of what you send.

We enforce a ceiling of eight replies per connected account per rolling day. It does not rise when you pay more, it is configurable downward, and attempting to work around it by rotating accounts is a breach of these terms as well as being blocked in code.

5 · Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. It is short, it is specific, and violating it terminates the account.

6 · Termination

You can close your account whenever you like. We can close it for a breach of the acceptable use policy or for non-payment, with notice where we are able to give it.

If our Reddit data access is revoked, we must delete Reddit-derived data and everything derived from it, and we will tell you before we do.

7 · Liability

The service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that we will surface every mention or that a classification will be correct — which is why every sentiment label carries a confidence score and a correction button.

Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8 · Changes

We give thirty days' notice of a material change to these terms, by email and on this page, and the previous version stays available for comparison.
