REPLIES

A draft, the thread, the rules — then your click.

Nothing is ever posted without a human confirming a specific draft from their own connected account. Eight replies per account per day, on every tier including Enterprise.

How it works

  1. STEP 01

We draft with the thread as context

The parent comment, the subreddit and your product knowledge go in. A generic reply is worse than no reply and reads like one.

  2. STEP 02

The rules sit next to the draft

That subreddit's self-promotion limits and account-age gates are shown before you post, not discovered after removal.

  3. STEP 03

You edit it and you post it

From your own connected Reddit account, one confirmation per reply. No batching, no scheduling, no queue that empties itself overnight.

In detail

What a multi-channel tool cannot do here

Reddit has publicly described automated reply posting as spam and content manipulation, and the accounts a competitor showcased on its own site were banned. That is the whole design constraint. There is exactly one write path back to Reddit and it requires a human confirming a specific draft from their own account — which is why we can offer drafting at all.

What this does not do

  • We never post autonomously. There is no setting for it, no API endpoint for it, and no roadmap item for it.
  • Eight replies per account per rolling day and four per hour, identical on every tier. It is configurable downward, never upward.
  • One mention can be replied to once, from one account. Rotating accounts to get around the ceiling is blocked, not discouraged.

Questions

Can Mentionr post for me automatically?
No, and it never will. Every reply needs a human confirming that specific draft from their own connected account.
Why only eight replies a day?
It is the top of the range at which community-reported shadowbans begin. The ceiling exists to keep your account out of that dataset, so it does not rise when you pay more.
What if a reply gets removed?
We tell you, we say what we think removed it, and we pause posting to that subreddit until you confirm you want to resume.
Does the draft mention my product?
Only where that subreddit allows it. The composer checks the rules first and will tell you when a brand mention is the thing that would get you removed.
