MONITORING

Every subreddit. Posts and comments. Every hour.

Most of what gets said about you is said in a comment three levels down a thread you were never tagged in. We read those too, and we tell you which ones are worth your afternoon.

How it works

  1. STEP 01

    Give us a keyword

A brand name, a product, a competitor or a phrase. We expand it into the variants and misspellings people actually type, and you keep or drop each one.

  2. STEP 02

    We backfill first

Before the dashboard loads we go back through Reddit for everything that matches. Your first screen has real mentions on it, not an empty state.

  3. STEP 03

    Then we watch

Posts and comments, on the cadence your plan sets. New matches are scored, deduplicated against what you have already seen, and queued for whatever alert rule fits.

In detail

What a multi-channel tool cannot do here

A multi-channel listening tool treats Reddit as one row in a source list, which means it reads the post title and stops. Reddit does not work that way — the thread is the unit of meaning, and the buying signal is usually a reply. We traverse the thread, keep the parent context attached to the match, and carry the subreddit's own rules along with it.

What this does not do

  • We only see public posts and comments. Private subreddits, DMs and modmail are out of reach and always will be.
  • Check frequency is a plan entitlement, not a promise of real time. Free checks every six hours; the cadence per tier is on the pricing page.
  • When a redditor deletes something, it leaves your account within 24 hours — including from exports we already generated.

Questions

Do you monitor comments or only posts?
Both. Comment-level coverage is the reason this product exists; a tool that only reads post titles misses most of what is said about you.
How far back do you go on a new keyword?
Backfill depth is set by your plan, from seven days on Free to twenty-four months on Agency. The exact figure per tier is on the pricing page.
Can I stop a subreddit appearing at all?
Yes. Exclude it once and it stops matching for every keyword in the project.
Is this Reddit-approved?
We hold registered API access under a commercial agreement, and we honour deletions. That is the whole reason the category leader is no longer taking customers.
